Devlog 015: Ninja Scroller

SFX: Increase of the gains of part of the sounds. New sound for picking up scrolls.

Main Menu: Credits added.

Gameplay: Now the smoke bomb has a scroll cost. Consequently it will not be triggered if you do not have enough scrolls. A more dynamic challenge with the probability of appearance of ninja depending on the amount of scroll. These two new rules are affected by the difficulty level. Finally, if you eliminate all the ninja and there are scrolls left, the probability of the scrolls appearing increases to 100%.
